I was borned and raised in Manhattan New York, I started my career as a chef at the age of 17.
Throughout my career, I has worked at restaurants such as Bruno Jamais, Brasserie Ruhlmann and Blue Ribbon Sushi.
In addition to cooking, I am also a good carpenter and an enthusiast of Japanese food culture.
MaisonONYC was originally owned by chef Tadashi Ono. But for some reason he no longer owns this domain.
I was given this domain as a gift from a friend who works in internet marketing(SEO).
Therefore, I decided to re-establish https://maisononyc.com/ as a place to share my knowledge and experience about chefs, as well as restaurant-related issues in general.
